Our Masters class (age 50+) is a strength and conditioning class for older adults who are not content to simply sit on the couch getting older. As the old adage goes, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” All classes include a warm-up, a weight training component to build strength, and a conditioning workout designed to improve cardiovascular health.
In our CrossFit classes, you will receive the best coaching from the beginning to the end of class. Every workout is scaled to each athlete(you)’s fitness level. Our coaches will teach you how to perform all the movements safely and efficiently throughout every workout.

KIDS

CROSSFIT

Preception Kids is FUN for all ages! Our kids program is designed to provide a fun and active class to teach kids how to move properly while making it fun at the same time. Ages 5/6(as long as they can follow directions) to 12! By the end of the class, they will be ready for a nap!

WEIGHTLIFTING

These classes will help improve your snatch and clean & jerk through drills, progressions, and complexes. Allowing you to focus on your inner beast and harness your true power from within.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

TO HOLD/CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP SIMPLY COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW

Hold Policy:

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

Cancellation Policy:

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice.Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
